Absolutely will not use this company anymore Every single time, appointment or not, the time takes all day Im told 2 hours and 6 hours later my car still has not even been started! You then complain about why youre told something and its this way every time not just a one time occurrence and the staff gets nasty with you! They always say were under staffed as their excuse.

Great experience! They got me in and out in less than an hour even though they were busy and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.

Purchased four tires approximately two months ago.One tire seemed to have low air pressure. At Mavis Tires, was told my wait just for an air pressure check and correction would be over one hour. Poor customer ****************************** around the waiting area, other customers heard this and seemed just as disappointing as I felt. I left, I will never return nor do I have one good thing to say about Mavis Discount Tire. They unfortunately bought out a real tire store, .... ******** Tire Pros!

Do not use this company for any service. If they make a mistake they do not own up to the mistake. I took my car there for state inspections and they issued it as passed. I then took the state inspection page to the *** for my registration. Only then did they tell me that the company that issued it (NTB) did not have the right to issue the state inspection. I spent fuel, my time and trouble, and the manager just gave me the money back for the service but would not own that they so inconvenienced me. Not a happy company to do... read more

Mavis recently bought my car service center NTB in ******* **. I was told they are not honoring my last year of my alignment service plan. I bought the three-year plan and have one year left. The folks at the ******* NTB are awesome people, the company is c*** and is stealing from me. I called customer **********************, was on hold for 15 minutes just to get there answering service. I would give them no stars if I could. How can you NOT honor a service plan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had an appt for an alignment they did not get my truck in until 4 hours after scheduled time. After ther work was done acording to them at that time, my truck was still way out of alignment. Had to take it back they said they could not get it alined. I finally took my truck to Fire stone and they had it alined in 45 min. MAVIS will not give me my money back even though they stated they did not do the work. If I could give negative stars I would.

I had a comprehensive check up of my RAM truck at the dealership. They informed me that I needed new tires. I took my truck to Mavis (formerly Tire Kingdom) as I had tires there in the past and thought that these might have been under warranty. As it turns out, they recommended new tires, new shocks, new brake pads and rotors and told me my brake fluid was "contaminated" ....to a tune of over $4000!!! They purchased NTB but don't honor what was purchased from NTB. Every time I have to argue with their manager and tell them to look in NTB system but with the revolving door and not properly trained staff, they not always can't find my purchased services from NTB. I purchased a new set of tires, thinking I would do rotation and other services I purchased from NTB but they rarely honor it. Next time I will go somewhere else, even if I have to pay a bit more. Awesome experience at two locations ******* **-Ed-***, *************** ***,Zac- Mechanic did an excellent job with my vehicle. One additional thing was left to do and I decided to try another store and receive the same outstanding service from the staff on ***********************, Lamount Service ***, *******-Asst *** ********-mechanic . I was truly amazed that everyone at these locations had almost the same attitudes and friendliness. I felt like these folks knew me for years personally. Highly recommend!
