Very bad company to deal with and work for rips off. Customers would not recommend this company to a family or friend and dont take your car to Mavis tire discount brakes unsafe working conditions such as lifts not working properly electrical panels, showing in some other stores, rodents, etc.
Absolutely poor service and repair on 2014 MDX broke my axle and waited 5 weeks to have them receive one , BUT an axle was available at **** Dealer five weeks ago in ******** **
We called on Tuesday and got a quote for the tires. Then we called back on Wednesday and they could not find the quote and wanted to charge us more. They finally agreed to sale us the 3 tires for the original quote. Scheduled an appointment for Friday to get them put on the car. Then I get a call Thursday to state the tires didnt come in But would be in on Saturday, so we set the appointment for Saturday. Then they called Saturday to state the truck broke down and have to wait until Monday to get them put on the car. Brought... read more
I had the BEST experience at Mavis (airline). I would recommend anyone here, the *********************** went over and above to make sure I was taken care of. Hands down exceptional service, well done! Thank you soooooo much *****
I was very happy with the Mavis crew in DeKalb, IL. I had a slow leak that started just before a planned trip to *********. They were able to get me in immediately and found and repaired a nail hole in my tire in less than 15 minutes! VERY helpful and professional. I'll be back again.
I would just like to say that i have patronized mavis many times! I had full brake job and 4 new tires 2 months ago. Also smaller jobs. But today i was appalled buy there ridiculous suggestion of ****** for 4 coil packs and 4 spark plugs. I use the lodi ** branch! I told them to stop. Went to Autozone bought both coil packs and sparkplugs for ****** and installed myself. I mean really how could they even do that to people? I will nevwr go there again!!!!!!
customer ********************** terrible I asked mechanic why is new brakes making noise when the old brakes we're not he said with a attitudei don't know I told him mavis been my choice over 15 years but they will never touch another car of mines.route 18 ************** never ever again.
Horrible, I waited 2 hours to be told nothing could be done and it wont even pass inspection. Ridiculous and they are obviously understaffed and shouldnt have taken my appointment.
My experience at mavis tire shop in ******** ******* was good ***** and the orther young lady was so nice I was very comfortable and I will be going back in the near future
