DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR TIRE SERVICE OR ANYTHING ELSE. I have paragraphs I could write about the nightmare this place caused me over weeks and weeks. They are beyond incompetent, negligent, unprofessional, and have NO RIGHT to be working on cars. They gave me keys to an unsafe car - i.e., I could have died had I not driven it back to the store 2 miles after I drove it away. I have chosen to not take legal action just yet. Al L I needed to have one tire replaced at the Wayne ** location on ****************. The staff was very professional and had me in and out within 30 minutes. I recommend Mavis.

I paid close to $800 for 4 tires and a wheel alignment. When I got my car back, every indicator light was on. I brought it back to Mavis and they said it was something to do with electronic steering and that I need to take it to the **** dealership. I asked if it could be the wheel speed sensor and he cut me off and said no, take it to the dealership. He wouldnt even let me speak. It turns out, it was the wheel speed sensor. Very horrible customer ********************** and very expensive services.

I bought 4 tires in January 2023 from the Somerset, ** location on ********* Avenue. From the time I purchased the tires and they were installed at the location, I could hear a noise that something was wrong with the tires or at least one of the tires. Shortly after purchasing them, I returned to the Somerset location, and went on a test drive with one of the mechanics(?), he too could hear the sound. So, he rebalanced them which fixed nothing. Me and my wife were traveling to *******,** and heard a roaring sound from the rear, googled and found Mavis tire they were great and very courteous. They checked our tires at no charge and gave us a piece of for the remainder of the trip. *********************

Had a 10 am appointment. Showed up 10 minutes early. Waiting for counter person to come out of the bay for over 5 minutes. He told me it would be 2-3 hours to get my truck in. I had an appointment. I grabbed my keys and left after asking him why they schedule appointments. I am used to Discount Tires exceptional customer ********************** but they are not here in **. Mavis has lost a customer for life and never sold me anything. Arent they the company behind the limo crash? I should have known better.

I come to Mavis for all my tire needs! Came to the ******************************************* my tire and **** and ***** took excellent care of me I highly recommend this place as I am a business owner myself

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT bring your car here if ****** (#fireangela) is still employed by them. She is a liar and does not know what she is doing. My son had his car towed to them to be repaired. After having the car for 2 weeks and nothing being done to it, we notified them that we would be towing the car to another location. Well, ****** then lied to to the tow company saying that it was towed to their storage yard (NTB doesn't even have a storage yard). I have spent three days trying to locate my vehicle. Can I give less than 0 stars? They lie to you about the product before they sell it They do not stand behind the product after they sell it Their management (district & regional managers, along with corporate) refuses to call anyone back Not really sure what else they can screw up, other than forgetting to put the tire back on.
