I wouldnt trust them with my kids tricycle. Went in to have one tire checked and an alignment. Needed new tires. Needed new tire rod. Needed new inner rod because they broke it. Didnt communicate parts were being delivered and not in stock. They didnt care about anyones time but their own. Like we owed them. Finally got my truck back, my seat is drenched. DO NOT GO HERE! THIS PLACE IS INCOMPITANT AND A LIABILITY! (**** *****) I went here for a s**** in my tire, I showed them where the leak was and asked them to patch it. As an hour passed, they told me they were finished. When I went outside to look, my tire was completely flat. After they filled it with 40+ PSI of air they told me to not hit anything or else my tire will blow (understandable). in ******* Suburbs - had a flat tire at work march of '23, only place close was Mavis, instead of being able to fix it, i was told had to replace it. one tire became two, and trust me they tried for four. i have a rear wheel drive truck and put on the Mavis HT tires. These are the worst tires, if it rains i have to drive in 2nd or 3rd gear to keep the tires from spinning, even a slow start, will make them spin when the automatic transmission shifts from first to ************** painted stop line, tires spin... I went to Mavis today to get 4 tires on at 8 oclock there was no one there when then I came back there was a lot of people near the service desk talking in no would help and it was only one tall Africa American guy working on most of the car then I left and I will never return

Mavis in *******, ** is excellent. I have been there for oil changes and tire rotations. They even checked my brakes. Yes, I will be going again and again. I am very pleased with their knowledge of my vehicle.

They shouldnt offer making your own reservation. I had a reservation for noon, I was there at noon, and at 1:30 my car was still sitting in the parking lot. It appears that a reservation gives you no benefit. Business should just be honest and tell you how long of a wait you will have, rather then giving some **, after having to ask whats going on. Their price was $195.00 to replace a serpentine belt, which is at least 30% overpriced

Outstanding experience. Upfront pricing, professional service and good conversation. No appointment late Monday afternoon when they were full so they told me they would do their best and they got me in and out quickly. I will be back for aure!!

I took my car to MAVIS on ********** in ***** **. When they finished installing the new tire and they gave me the car back...The driver's seat was stained with grease and dirt and the rim they installed on the tire was scratched and greased.... Thank you MAVIS for such a horrible service and poor training..!!!!
