My tires needed air! Knowing ************** air wasn't working, another machine took my $2. A kind gentleman trying to help me finally told me to go to Mavis! I love their setup! The lnstructions were easy, the cord reached easily to the back tires, and it was FREE!! I tried to give one of the employees some money, however, he wouldn't take it! I asked what can I do. I took my car in for rear brake pads and of course they did their big upsell and said I needed rotors and calipers with an estimate of $995... Totally all bogus. The technician put the caliper compressor on and faked it all without attaching it to the caliper thinking I was some kind of total car nerd .. I called them on it and the guy at the desk put his head down with a smirking laugh . I will never go back and will spread the word to avoid this shop in ******, ****

Took my truck in for an alignment. Picked truck up after only 35 minutes. Drove truck still pulls to the right. Looked at print out and the camber was in red as well as tow. Called and was told camber isnt part of alignment. Wtf. Should tell people up front they dont touch camber would have went somewhere that did and had my truck fixed. Well 100 bucks down the drain. Coal township Mavis tire and brake.

Buyer beware! I took my car here on 8/28 to have brakes and rotors installed because they were $100 less expensive than the next closest bid. After 4 days of back and forth being told they were sent the wrong parts 3 different times, I finally received my car back on 9/1. After driving it minimally a couple weeks later, the brakes were worse than when I first took it in. I took it back and they said they would make it right. After another 3 days, I picked it up. I went to Mavis in *************** . The staff were quite accommodating to have a look at my car . I had a nail in my tire and they did a great job plugging the tire . Customer ********************** was also great . Very professional place , reasonable prices I definitely recommend this place to anyone .

TRAUMATIC experience! Culminating in an unhinged employee unexpectedly running outside and threatening me while I sat in my parked car!!! He almost scared me to death! As he banged on my roof, I was so thankful to be inside my parked **** really believe he would have assaulted me if not. I have always received great service at the *** Tire Kingdom on Tutttle Crossing. **** and his team are excellent. I have 5 vehicles in my family, and I would not go anywhere else for tires and service.
