Store manager has a stink attitude when questioned about work performed. Had AC problem which took two weeks to get the right parts, few days later started leaking. Took it back for the leak and was told another part needed replacing, but they removed this part from the beginning. The manager stated I need to go some place else to see if they have it. This is for the ******************************* location. Do not go to this shop if you are female as they will try to **** you!!!! I went in for a state inspection and they tried to tell me a headlight that was installed in February (it's July) had a $6 turn signal bulb that was out but it would be an hour labor at $150 to replace it. Horrible time management. I had a 12pm appointment and I am still here after 2pm. I was promised that the vehicle would be done by 1:30 pm. I will never visit this location again although it is closest to my home.
Call this morning to get some work done and was put on hold for 30 minutes and then the phone hung up.called right back same guy answered never apologized put me right back on hold after I explained I was already on hold for over thirty minutes.
This company is horrible, the location *******************************************************************. They scratched all four 22inch rims on my 2020 Ram and bent my door driver sided, it took at least 3 weeks to come to look at it, and then they said they say no-fault. I have served 28 years in the Army and just came back from a deployment and bought the truck of my ************, all the scratches are in the same location.
