Took my car in to get my tire patched and got it returned with a cracked window. My power window doesn't work and the rep wasn't aware of this so when they rolled down the windows one of them got stuck in the down position. I told them don't worry about it, I can just pull it up by hand. They must have attempted to pull the window up with some sort of tool or clamps because the window got crushed in 2 locations leaving a crack across the entire window. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE!!! i have used this company for several years on all my work vehicles and some personal, but after this last encounter i would not recommend them to anyone!! I took one of my work vans into them asking them to simply change my two front tires place the new tires on the back and rotate the back tires to the front and a alinement. i was told it would take one day i went back the next day to pick the van up and they had changed the back tires but not the front that had a gapping hole in it! when a... read more

So far, we're pleased. Our consultant was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain our options. He even covered his shoes which is rare these days. We look forward to the 2nd phase of this waterproofing project and thank Aaron for all of his help thus far.

Rude employee. Did not acknowledge my presence until I was standing by the cashier. Did not do a complete inspection of vehicle. Said good luck I can't help you until you buy some tires. All I wanted was an rotation and balance with an alignment. After a back a forward I am not only being charged for mounting and balancing even though it's a service that should be included with a new tire purchase. Cashier openly admitted that he had to mount and balance with new tires either way but still charged me for a mount and balance.... read more

Lousy service and phone etiquette. I called 4 times last Friday to get tires rotated and an oil change and was put on hold as soon as they answered without asking if I could be put on hold. I waited for 15 minutes first call, 15 minutes 2nd call, 10 minutes 3rd call and the fourth call I told them to go fck themselves. I would never let them work on my car now, what a bunch of worthless loosers.

Thanks to Permaseal for helping us out for the 3rd time in 7 yrs. We have had cracks fixed , a new sump pump installed, & area well covers. Also this last time Our consultant was Aaron, very nice person
