Never in my life have I ever been disrespected by an establishment and its staff like this. I came into your store, Tire Kingdom, on Monday 1/03/2022 so that the mechanics can take a look at my tires to see what could be causing my front tires to slowly leak. I have structural problems and Permaseal sent out ***** as my consultant. He spent a lot of time with me going over the work that is needed to fix the problem. I really appreciated that and when I get the money I am going to use Permaseal.
My mother went to get car inspected to drop off car, front desk said to her you know you could get a ticket and was very rude, next day after hours of not hearing from them I called, they were like oh yeah....(forgot to call) you failed inspection. The business did not answer the phone when I called over 30 rings, when I hung up and called again they answered, sounded sleepy.
