I had an appointment at 8:00AM to rotate and balance my tires (I made the mistake of purchasing rotation and balance for the life of the tires). The service manager told me it should take a little over an hour, but when my car had not moved by 9:00 I asked the service manager when my car would be serviced. I was told the guy who would do the rotation and balance would not get to it for at least 30 minutes. I took my truck because one radiator hose was leaking, the radiator was fine . He broke the radiator and charged me to fix it which costs 2000$ . I paid him and when I got the car back the car started heating up and had no power .found out he broke the turbo and now he wants to charge for the turbo and abs light problem that was not there at the beginning. Be aware total rip off take your car somewhere else he will keep breaking things up and refuse to fix because that's how they make money.

1 Star because 0 wasn't an option. Called before coming in to schedule an appointment and confirm they had the specific tire I wanted. Waited two hours for them to put tires on just to find out they put a different tire on my car without asking or telling me. They did not have the tire I specifically requested three times and was told they had. I work in the banking industry and this is considered sales malpractice. Unfortunately, there is no one to call or complain to about my lost time because no one cares at NTB.

Had a tire unravel while I was driving and looked up to see what was nearby. NTB came up so I went online an lo and behold they had my tire size and was able to set an appointment to have the tire replaced. BAIT & SWITCH Get to the location and they don't have the tires that I scheduled the appointment for. Instead, they have some that were $225 more just for 2! I was in a position where I couldn't refuse because the tire was in such bad shape. I 10 out of 10 will not recommend.

They destroyed my oil pan trying to get the plug out. They didn't tell me about the damage, just that they couldn't get the plug out. They wanted me to come back on another day to see their main mechanic. Not knowing about the damage I opted to go to a Subaru dealership where they would have a higher level of mechanic to remove a stuck plug. The dealer showed me the damage and said it was leaking. Beyond frustrated with my experience! I made an appointment online because when I called the lady who answered the phone told me to get the promotional pricing for an oil change I had to schedule online. I scheduled my appointment for 2pm thinking it wouldn't take more then an hour if I was being generous with my schedule ( I had an upholstery cleaner I rented and spent 2 hours cleaning out my car I needed to return). I've been going to NTB for close to ten years now and this will surely be the last time. I don't understand how I come here for an oil change and my engine light comes on within 10 miles of driving the car. Took the car back, was told code P0500 and P0720 were detected. Front desk attendant told me there was nothing they could do to fix it. All they did was clear the engine light on the vehicle and the issue was still there. This has been the worst car repair experience I have ever experience. I took my car in for one specific auto repair & was charged repairs for maintenance repairs. I communicated with the mechanic who stated he had 35 years of experience to find out why my car is cutting off. I felt that the mechanic & the store manager did not communicate to me that the work conducted on my care would not resolve the specific auto repair to fix my car from cutting off. Deceptive practice, be warned. One of the managers (**** *****) sold me 3 year wheel alignment program to be used on any cars. We usually don't buy such packages because we don't align our wheels every year but he said with certainty that it could be used on any cars in the household within 3 years. The store now refuses to accept the agreement and insists that's not true.
