Back in August of 2021 I had an oil change at my local manufacturers dealership (Subaru). They recommended I buy new tires. Two weeks later I buy a set of 4 tires from NTB. Immediately after the new tires are put on I feel the front of my car wobbling anytime I drive over 50-55mph. We brought a truck in for tire rotation and alignment on 8/8, but nothing was done to the truck, which the guy at the counter admitted once my husband told him it was obvious. Then they didnt want to give a refund, after admitting they didnt do anything to the truck. They wasted 6 hours of our day, and finally gave a refund after first telling us we had to come back another day to get the charge taken off our card.

NTB and Mr. H***** (the Store Manager) are amazing. I came out to a flat tire this afternoon. At 4pm on a Saturday, most places were closed or closing soon. I spoke with Mr. H***** who told me to come right in. 45 minutes later, a big screw was removed from my tire, my tire was patched and put back on my car, and I was on my way. So much better than waiting for other places to open on Monday morning. Thanks, NTB and Mr. H*****. We'll return for all our future tire needs and are so grateful for your terrific service!

I ask the store representative about how long the appointment would take. She stated "a couple of hours."I showed up for my appointment on time for my tire alignment. I had an appointment at the location I had to wait hours and hours for 1 tire to be put on. Once tire was put on I realize it was not the right tire. ******************, store manager has a stink attitude and was very mean and nasty to me. He had ordered the wrong tire. The one in ********* ************** was not only beyond rude but they slammed my boyfriends car down a lift has slow motions or can be released quickly. They slammed it heard the slam went in for a simple alignment now can barely turn wheel. After complaining they quickly call him in state axle is leaking grease which can come from a quick slam. I had an appointment at the location ************************************************************************************** for a full synthetic oil change which included rotating tires, topping of fluids, etc. I had also asked them to look at my rear passenger tire because my air pressure alert kept coming on so it probably has something in the tire.
