Don't bother, will try to scam you, will not provide all services they state is included in the package they want you to buy

Ntb is the worst and has only gone down over the last few years. I went in for my schedule appointment and was met by the manager or service manager who was so unfriendly as if he was being bothered by my presence. Then was later told that the alignment machine was broken so no service for you. Unfriendly guy just handed me the keys and walked away. I did make a complaint but what good is that going to do. Smh

First, I make an 8am appointment thinking I could leave my keys in a drop box to be at work by 8 but they do not have that option. No problem. I'm greeted quickly to check my car in at 8 so that's the only "star". ****** proceeds to tell me he is the only person working that day. I express sympathy etc and leave (because I had an appt) with the understanding that my car would be ready by lunch time. Few hours later I get a call saying hey, you need brakes. I called the corporate office and filed a complaint about my recent negative experience at a local franchise. I was provided a case number and told someone at corporate will follow up within 72 hrs. However, no one has followed up and no solution has been proposed.

NTB store location on ********************************************************************************* ***** Run from NTB and their leadership. District Manager ***** would not return my call after 3 requests on ****, ****, and ****. I spoke with Manager ***** on two of the occasions. My wife experienced a flat tire on **** and drove to NTB. Associate **** told her the tire was ruined and could not be fixed because the object was on the sidewall. **** tried to sell her a new tire. When rejected, Read put the spare on. I too... read more

BUYER BEWARE!! This store is absolute TRASH when it comes to customer service! I barely made it to the store after suffering a blow out on the highway and refilling the tire with just enough air to get it replaced. The store closed at 4pm and I made it in around 3:52pm. When I arrived they had already put up the gates around the store, closed down almost all of the bays, and turned off the registers! Stay far clear of this place!! They openly lie to you and make no attempts at even the slightest apology. They changed my oil and didnt s**** in the oil plug. 20 miles away and all my oil is draining out. I call them and they say well, if you come back we will tighten and refill it. So I have to drive 20 miles now with no oil? I got tire alignment and rotation. They never rotated the tires. I know because I have a missing hubcap and it was never moved and the lugs were never touched. Their response? Drive back and we will ro... read more

I was told by a dealership I need breaks and rotors. I took my jeep to tire kingdom for a second opinion and was told I do not need anything. Thank you for your honesty
