Took my car in last week to have a leaky tire looked at. I was told it needed a patch and it was fixed no biggie. The next day my tire was flat again! And not only that tire was flat but another as well! Went back in and was told the valve on both tires were damaged... strange because my tire valves had been perfect before I took my car in. I was charged again for both tires for repair of the valves. To add insult to injury they also lost my hubcap. I had a leak in my tire and went to Hebron Tire Discounters. They were awesome! They took my car right in, fixed the leak and had me out of there within 20 minutes. I will always take my business to Hebron Tire Discounters. I've never been disappointed with them.
Had a 4:00 appointment. At 5:05 when I asked how much longer it would be (they estimated 45 minutes for an oil change) they said they were just now "loading her up" to get started. Zero heads up that they were running so far behind. Had I known they had yet to start the service a full hour after arrival, I would have come back another time. Disappointed in the lack of communication.
This is the best place to go for all of my auto care needs! No one beats their service or prices!
Always great service at the Hebron location Have been going there for years
I came into the Hebron Ky store one day with a screw in my tire that I had purchased in Dry Ridge Ky. The staff was great took me right in, fixed the hole in tire and had me on my way within 30 minutes. I have road hazard on my tires so it didn't cost anything. All the guys were polite and friendly and even put the tire back on my truck. Thanks Guys
Amazing shop, I love it so much I come back everyday.
