They had 22hours to change my oil and rotate my tires, I guess that wasn’t enough time. Dropped the car off at 10am, told them no rush (which in hindsight was a bad call on my part) I don’t need it until tomorrow at 8am. Went back at 8am the next day, and the car was in the same spot I left it. The guy behind the counter couldn’t find my paperwork at the desk, so he went out to the shop and it was hanging on the pegboard. Not a good experience! Had an appointment at 5:00. I was told they were running behind and my car would be done about 7:00. Walked across the street and ate. Came back at 7:00 and was told I was just getting ready to call you and tell you we can't get your tires put on tonight! After I wasted 2 hours waiting?? Not happy with the service! Not my fault you overbooked and you are short handed. They lost a $600 sale! Plenty of other dealers that want to make a sale and take my money!
Dropped our car off this morning before 10:00 and were told 90 minutes. Called (just in case) to see if it was ready at 1:30. We were then told it would be finished by 2:00. Show up at 2:30 and it hasn’t been touched. I understand being behind but that’s ridiculous! It’s an oil change. Unorganized much?! They definitely lost a customer.
Waited 3 hrs to get a tire replaced. Agent that took order. Left the shop and failed to put it on the board.or tell anyone . i special ordered the tire.the Day before ..$250 tire..hour tops to change out.. I will probably not. go back there.again .... SEEMS staff there has changed over in LAST Few months. Had a complete tire change done on my BMw back in early part of 2017..was realLY apprecited of the service then.
