Never ever go here. Been here since 8am and nothing has been done to my car. "Sorry, we will give a paper to come back and get the alignment another day. No! I have been here twice, both times for an oil change. The first time, they said they could "get me right in." Two hours later, I finally left. Today, I stopped in to give them a second chance and it was the same story. Two bays were empty. The very nice manager said "I can get you right in." I walked next door to Thorntons to get coffee, came back, and my van was still in the parking lot. 20 minutes later, I got up (no one else in the lobby), and asked if they were going to get me in. Good service. And extremely nice people to deal with.
Ever since I left there today, my car has sounded worse then our did before, this is my life line, my only vehicle.. if this is the type of service I'm expected, I'll never do service with them again period!!
So far have only had to have nitrogen added to my tires I am very impressed they did not charge me for that service I will purchase my tires here
The employee popped my spare tire then offered me a $90 tire the employee was rude and didn't even offer me an apology or anything and when I ask he was rude and walked off

I took a new 2015 Dodge Scatpack wheels in to have some tires removed and a different type of tire installed .I asked them if they coud do the job with out damage to the wheels and was told they had the best equipment to do the job and would not damage them I told them these wheels are $1495.00 each and if you damage one you bought it again he said he would not damage them . I was setting I the waiting room and here comes the tech with one of the wheels and he said it just slipped and the arm hit it and the scared and dug in... read more
