Stopped by here while traveling and this place was incredible. They patched up my undercarriage (trucker road debris incident) and I was on my way in 15 minutes. They didn't even charge me. Thank you so much.
A little frustrated with giving me a $105.00 price quote that turned into $300. Not saying it was shady, but it felt like bait & switch. I would have preferred the "free" brake inspection BEFORE my price quote. Had been to 2 other locations prior to coming to TD. Both said I needed pads, not rotors, including the dealership. They had to order a new tire for my car and it took a couple of days, but when I went back to have it put on...they were very quick about getting me on my way. First time road hazard insurance paid off for me..
They saved my night! I had a flat tire, they fixed it quickly and added air to my spare. Above and beyond friendly!
We drove in from Chattanooga and exited the highway and heard a strange noise. We noticed we had a screw in our tire and had to be at the State Archery tournament in 30 minutes. They dropped everything to fix our tire and we made it to the tournament. I can't thank Adam, Dustin, and the rest of the guys enough!!!
This was my first experience here, as I am new to town. Bravo to you guys! I went in for just an oil change, but they discovered something on 2 tired that could have had deadly consequences, as I an traveling at the end of the month to Texas. I also must say how impressed I was with how organized and clean the shop area was. You guys will be my go-to from now on! Thank you!
