Did a great job on my CRV and my Daughters car too.
Had my first experience at Tire Discounters today, and I will definitely be back. The customer service is amazing.
Great service, after they took my car back it took 2 hrs & 21 mins (yes I set my timer on my phone) instead of the 1.5 they said it would take, was there at 8 am (time they opened) guess it being a BMW it takes longer, but did not see anyone in that section all morning, honest input, but otherwise, no issues, would recommend to others. Again just "timing" issue.
They cannot be trusted about car problems. If they find a problem with your car get a second opinion.
Lack of urgency and craftsmanship , I took my car somewhere else to to get the job done correctly.
Major fail Tire Discounters..... I had a 5pm appt for a oil change today and showed up a half hour early. The guy behind the counter says he'll get to it by 7:30pm. So what's the point of an appointment? You just lost a customer, and unfortunately I purchased my tires there. ...... 3 hours for a simple oil change? Forget it. .....
We had two full sets of tires put on our cars at Tire Discounters and have always had excellent service. When it came to putting new whitewall tires that we bought directly from the manufacturer on my son's 1953 Hudson Hornet we asked them if they would/could do it. They not only did a great job with the tires but took great care with this car and went above and beyond since it is not an easy car to work on (just taking the tires off is tricky).
