RecommendedI was visiting family from out of town when I noticed the protective shield under my car had fallen down. My niece told me they used Tire Discounters so I called and they told me to come in it would be about 30 minutes. while we were checking in Tristan walked up to the counter as I was giving my name he said that was his name too. They got my car in and out in less than 30 minutes with no charge. it made my day. Friendly and helpful.
I went in for an oil change and found that a tire rotation came with it for free. They also looked into other things my car may need. Very reasonable prices considering all they do. Tristan walked me through every step and cost and even helped me apply for their finance card. He was amazing and friendly and kind. I'd definitely go back there if only to deal with Tristan again. I honestly don’t know why I keep giving this business more chances. I’ve had an issue every time and things keep getting worse. I took my truck to this place for all new tires, oil change and to replace a sensor. I asked them to call if they noticed anything else that needed repair. They called and said I needed new brakes and rotors and gave me a quote for $800. I denied that service because I knew I had just gotten those changed. Worst experience ever. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else. A regional manager was supposed to contact me 3 weeks ago...still waiting for the call.
