Have had 3 different vehicles serviced several times at this location over the last few years and always great service. Length of wait never really bothers me as I stop in when they open and I have nothing going on so I'm usually in and out in about a hour or so. Today's visit 4/28/16 is the icing on the cake and is the reason I will always be coming back! Wasn't expecting everything to be taken care of after issues that had popped up 24hrs after having tires serviced on 4/26/16. Thanks again you guys rock!
My granddaughter Paige got a flat tire at school NKU after a late class when we finally got a friend to take the tire off for her it was 7:50 my husband call them they said don't worry we will wait for her they stayed late and made sure everything was right for her. They treated her like their granddaughter. Thanks for helping my most precious girl
I went in for tire rotation, the employee said it would be 45 minutes which it was a little more than that but that's not the issue, the issue I had was they lost my car keys for about an hour. Morons.
Lovely new building. Maybe there will be new customer service people. Horrible customer service when I was there this summer. Will not return to this location.
Went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the service.
My dad went in to get tires for his hunting truck and had wonderful things to say about the people, the service and overall experience he had. He said they even cleaned his wheels, which were definitely dirty before. Thanks for taking such good care of my dad!
