If I could give a lower review I would. Lost my keys. Told me my car wasn't done when I was clearly staying at it. Made a 4 pm appointment for a oil change and tire rotation didn't leave until 630. And my tires were not even rotated! The guy at the counter was rude and disrespectful. I've been to tire discounters several time and have been completely pleased until yesterday. Called back today about the non rotation of my tires and was told well we can't watch the guys all the time. Excuse me? Guaranteed I will not be back to... read more
Called to get tires, they had to order them, said it would be 2 days, we will call when they are in. No call, so i called them, tires were in. Said i would be there at 10am next day, "No problem, we will see you then," guessing a misunderstanding thought i was making appointment. Get there no appointment, it'll be about 2 hours, 4.5 hours later i was on the road.
They are great people here and they help out in any way they can
