Les and the service people always do a great job. I just bought tires for my wife's Avalon and she is very pleased. Earlier this year I bought tires for my Lexus. Both times the service was great.

Just came in to price and pick 4 tires. Would have scheduled for later if need be. Friday afternoon, so I thought I would need schedule for service. I was told they could do it right then. Ok, they said 1 hr or a little longer since alignment was included. I was out in 1 hr. Felt like I got what I had paid for since I had researched the varieties suggested and went with the Cooper tires rather than pay $200 more for the slightly higher rated Michelin comps. Came a few minutes after opening to get 2 tires done and an alignment..2 hours later, still here, no tires on our vehicle and no one around it..Seen people come and go after us and lo and behold we are still here...Asked how much longer and guy said"don't know why they haven't done the tires yet"..REALLY?? Taking my business elsewhere next time..this is ridiculous
Excellent service. Very timely repair. We've been with Tire Discounters in Cold Spring since it opened appprox. 20 years.
