The employees are rude all but one that was willing to help me and was told he wasn’t allowed... This place doesn’t care one bit about your safety and will let you leave with a flat tire instead of letting a willing employee put the spare on it after they tried to put air in the tire and it came out faster than they could put it in. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!! Awful customer service!!!!!
To bad you have to select a one star, these thieves dont deserve that!! Dropped a small tire off a couple weeks ago to have it repaired, goof balls blew the new tube THEY put in, called us to pick the tire up it and after getting there it wasnt finished, they ordered a new tube finally called us a few days later when it was ready and finished just to find out they wanted to charge us for the parts they had to replace because they didn't know what they were doing. AS always my local Tire Discounters in Cold Spring, KY gave us excellent service even though we did not have an appointment. Les Smith took great care of us as he and all the other techs and mechanics do. We will continue to patronize our Cold Spring Tire Discounters!
I had a flat they fixed me right up. No charge had road hazard. Superior. workers. Really treat me great
