My husband dropped is truck off at 8 am was the first one needed oil change and tires rotated at 2:30 still haven’t done it but he was the first one what’s wrong with this picture told us 2 to 3 will never go back plenty of other places what a waste of our time

Sold me bad tires and wouldn't exchange them..i took my car back four times to be aligned and the tires rebalanced in a month. Asked if i could exchange the tires for a more expensive set and i would pay the difference. they said what are we going to do with four used tires.
Had an appointment on Saturday at noon for an oil change and windshield wipers. Dropped the car off they said they would call when finished. Well 4 o’clock came around and realized I never got a call. Go to call and they are closed, they are also closed in Sunday. I go today to pick up the car, the guy at the desk was so rude stated we did a get a call and just missed it . I was like I know that is not the case. RecommendedI have bought many sets of tires at the Alexandria store. I couldn't be any happier with the service. They stand behind their work 100%. You might be able to find a cheaper tire but you won't find better service.
