I had a screw in my front passenger tire. An easy 10 minute fix. Told me they couldn't fix it would have to have a new tire and the tires are new. I came back to my home town and now it's fixed. I will never be back. These city ppl don't know anything about fixing tires
Well I had a tire blow out on 71 south, so it was a last minute thing, but I was able to get a spare on to make it here. As of this moment I have been sitting in the lobby for over 2 hours with no update on when the replacement will be completed. If I have a choice, I won't be back. On a bright note....the lady running the counter (dawn) was extremely nice and helpful.

Dropped my car off on my way to work after getting a nail in my tire. when I picked it up they said that it was not a nail but all 4 tires had low pressure. They serviced and filled it up for free.

Went for my free tire rotation and balance. The only thing is they forgot to rotate my tires. Went in with my front left tire low and they tried to give me my car back with the same tire low. Needless to say we won't be back. Unfortunately we weren't the only one with this same problem. The lobby was full of dissatisfied customers.

Very friendly, nice people. They fixed my flat tire within an hour and I was on my way. Whenever my tires need air, they are ready and willing to fill them up!

I take my box truck here every 4 weeks for oil change and have gotten tires also. I have never had an issue. The guys are great. Thanks

They screwed up our oil change. We got our oil changed, new tires and brakes. We spent over $1,400.00 to find oil in our garage and driveway the next day. We're fortunate the vehicle didn't lose enough oil to lock the engine up. I contacted them and they said they would be glad to look at it. It was almost as if "they may fix it". I responded that you will do more than look at it - you will fix it. I should've made them come and get it with a flat bed and steam clean my concrete driveway. Unbelievable.
Prefect example of trustworthy and courteous! Took my van there for tires. After inspection, they told me that my van didn't need new tires. Saved me over 800 dollars! Way to go Alex at TD!
