Had the service manager Nate, help me twice in the last 3 days. His title"Service" manager befits the commitment to his service. He was honest direct and performed what he said they would do in the manner that he discribed. If I had need of other service I believe they would do a fine job

Still waiting on the car. Warranty work on one tire. 5 days to get the tire. So far and hour and twenty minutes to change out one tire. Amazing. Finally left the bay. Waiting to pay.

I have used Tire Discounters (Lewis Center & Delaware locations) for several years and have been fairly satisfied with the service, however, my experience yesterday (4/3/17) at the Delaware location was enough to seal the deal on me NEVER using them again. I stopped in at 8:30am to inquire about checking on ONE of my tires that had gotten a screw in it. Wasn't sure if it could be patched or not.
