Went in without an appointment for new tires. They provided multiple options available. They stayed within the time frame given (2 hours) plus put on new wiper blades that I asked for during check out and had them replaced before I signed my receipt. We’ve been coming here for years and their time estimation has significantly improved.

I have been to this location 2 times for 2 different vehicles. Both times I ordered tires a couple days in advance and was told they would be at the store in time for my appointment, Both times my tires were not there and I was told it would be the next day which is unacceptable when I took time out of my day to come to appointment they had scheduled. I used to be loyal but after multiple mishaps and rude unresponsive service I’m done. After working through a split valve stem when a wheel cover was put on incorrectly, then another time misplacing a wheel cover this time was the last straw. After a rotation one tire kept losing pressure. I went twice and they filled. The second time poured some water on the valve and said it was fine. So the third time I go in there are 2 people in the waiting room but I’m told a 2 1/2 hour wait or I can make an appointment. Bull - - I’ve ... read more

I have always had a great experience here. Pricing is competitive and customer service is top notch. Micah is a great manager! I would definitely recommend them to family and friends!

Took my car in at 11:30 am for 1 tire and an oil change. They said about 2 hours. I had to call twice and 7 hours later it was finished. The manager obviously did not care, and barely acknowledged me when I finally got my cat back. The customer service is so bad now. Don't know if management changed or what, but not at all what it used to be. Not sure I will return.

I have given this store so many chances it's not even funny. I have finally decided I will never take my vehicles to the store again. I have yet to encounter anyone at the front desk who is either helpful or pleasant to deal with. I have taken vehicles in repeatedly for them to fix the alignment or tire balance and they seem to be incapable of providing the services that they say they can. I guess it's called tire discounters for a reason discounted prices, quality, and service.

Wife went in for flat repair and guy at register was very rude. Customer service was terrible.

Bays were mostly empty and it still took four hours to get tires mounted. My truck had a loose ball joint so they couldn't do the alignment. I wonder how much longer it would have been if they could have. To top it off I was so ready to leave that I didn't notice they forgot to put valve stem covers on until I got home. I would avoid the Delaware OH location. Polaris was much better.
