While traveling back to Indiana, one of my trailer tires lost air. I aired it up at a gas station, but realized the valve stem was broken. I went to Discount Tire in Delaware, Ohio and though they were busy, they helped get us back on the road in a short while. Very polite and understanding of the spot I was in. Very nice to deal with professionals. I highly recommend.
Pulled in with a blown rv tire.The guys had it removed and a new tire installed in under 15 minutes. Great customer service. Thanks guys for getting us back up and on the road so quick..
Friday our brakes went out on our truck. The manager, Ed, went Above what you would typically expect and got our truck fixed quickly within our budget
I've bought all of my tires from TD in Delaware in the last few years. Today, they fixed a leaking tire on my son's car. Called them up this morning and dropped it off by noon and picked it up by 5pm. Thank you for fitting us in today. It wouldn't have been safe for him to keep driving on it.
Every time I go to this location, I'm so impressed with the helpfulness of the staff, the quality of their work, and the overall speediness! I didn't have an appointment today, but they managed to work me in and have me in and out of the shop quickly. Their kindness, especially during the holiday, is refreshing and greatly appreciated.
No no no do not let them Rip you Off .... They sold me parts that I didn’t need .Didnt fix it check what I told them was wrong! Jim, sales manger was Caught red-handed lying to me trying to mark up the prices that I already knew how much was!! And the sales manager Ed has a personality of a stick, most unfriendly customer service and they rip you off... I will never step foot in that store again!
no one should ever used tire discounters in Delaware. I would recommend boycotting the Delaware location. horrible customer service only needed a tire plugged. 8 open bays and at least six shop employees but according to the service writer they're putting stuff away and getting ready for an appointment
Originally was in about nine months ago Wife had to have some work done to her car about a month and a half later there became another problem due to prior work not the technicians fault but the parts that was put on the car went bad. Took the car back in we had no issues staff was very friendly especially Ed and his team was able to fix the issue and been good ever since.
