Made an appointment 2 days ahead of time for 8:00 am and I was about 10 minutes late, but they finished the oil change and called me about 40 minutes later....Price for complete synthetic oil change was very competitive....Recommend.

$3361 in repairs. Transmissions is fine sir. Next day my transmission is completely shot. We are sorry sir. We thought we fixed it. Thanks a lot. Criminal!!!!!!!!! I will be contacting the BBB, the news, and anyone else who will listen. Use to be a loyal customer but NEVER again unless this is made rite!!!!!!
If I could give this zero stars I would! Our whole family has visited this store in totalling of 2 cars and two trucks. We have all gotten tires on the vehicles, my car now shakes when i drive betwren 50-60mph, both of my parents trucks have had CV joint boots tear shortly after their visit and my sister is now missing TPMS sensors from her car, and they are stating the car never came with these sensors, which is a lie. Love the service here. Most people upset usually don’t have an appointment or any general idea of how long services take to be performed or care to notice the stuff wrong with there vehicle. Most people look at the money side of things rather than the safety of there vehicles or that damage to their vehicle is their own fault. The techs here are very good at there job and care about safety rather than their paycheck!!! Always highly recommend this place to anyone who is in need of help on their car. I’ve made multiple phone calls to the local store and left multiple, (unreturned) voice mail messages with corporate customer service regarding a refund request for work that was performed at this location for an amount that was not pre-approved by the customer. Very frustrating. Would not recommend!

Very poor service had vehicle the night before appt and all day. I went to pick up vehicle after being told it was done and it was not done. Almost 24 hours for an oil change. Also said it needed rear shocks. I just replaced the shocks when confronted with this they said they just based it on the age of the vehicle. Did not even verify that it actually needed it .
