Terrible customer service at the front desk. Bad attitudes and very little vehicle knowledge.
Tire Discounters, you lost a 15-year customer over a $15 part: shame on you! I have given this company every opportunity to correct an issue that they caused when their Delaware, Ohio damaged a TPMS sensor on my vehicle. After attempting to resolve with the store and regional manager, as well as submitting my concern to corporate three times, unfortunately I have no choice but to leave a bad review on public websites. Do not go to the Delaware, Ohio store!
RecommendedI had a flat tire and arrived at Tire Discounters at 6:30 pm today. They removed a nail from my tire and patched it, and I was on my way home by 6:55 pm. I very much appreciated their great service!
No walk-ins even to patch a tire under warranty? I’ll be going somewhere else and paying to have my car made safe TODAY! No more business from me!

today I got the tires changed on my truck. they were able to install the exact tire I wanted. While the truck was in, the technicians noticed a issue with the steering in the truck and they were able to repair it the same day. I didnt notice there was an issue but now, after the repair, I can definitely feel an improvement in ride quality and overall handling. Jason and the guys were very professional.

This business is fantastic. I had a leak in a tire while on my way to Columbus. I was able to make it to Tire Discounters to ask for help. They were kind and courteous, squeezing me in even though they were extremely busy. They quickly found a metal pin that was the cause of my problem and patched and plugged my tire for me...at no charge. They had the true spirit of Thanksgiving with a frantic woman who had a tire problem 120 miles away from her home base. I will never forget their kindness. Just had rims and tires put on my 98 gmc Truck. They did a fantastic job , rims and tire look great and the alignment gives a great new feel and ride to the truck

I have no idea how this cluster of a business is still in operation. This is the worst time I’ve ever had at a automotive service center. I worked at a car dealership for over 15 years too! It took a WEEK to get in a part that you could of got on Amazon and had in three days(Leveling Kit for a pick up) the tires were “in stock”. Made a appointment this past Monday for today.
