After being asked to take a seat and waiting for 45 minutes and never getting assistance for a price on 4 runflat tires for my Corvette I left and will never go back!

RecommendedI've been buying tires from there for over 25 years if I didn't like the service I would be going back, I'm glad I get to retire repairs because it seems like I'm in there all the time getting them, I'm getting ready to give me another set of tires I'll be going back again
Been going here for a few years but not after today. Brought in my car to get tires swapped onto new wheels and the tech squealed the tires in front of the shop while I was watching him. Very unprofessional and will not be returning.
I went there yesterday to get my tires balanced and had a issue that eve with one of my tires or so I thought was my tire. I called tire barn and they came to where I was and checked my tire.... Was not the tire... Was my breaks. The guy who came out was very nice and helpful!!!
Was not very happy that I had to wait almost 2 hours just to get a tire plugged. Then when they finally did get to my tire they almost backed into another car with my truck then proceeded to drive it across the parking lot on a completely flat tire and the rim. When I inquired about it one gentleman left to go talk to the employee driving it while another employee talked down to me and argued with me stating that "driving on a flat tire wouldn't hurt anything". Maybe that guy would like to make the payments on my truck then.... read more
