Andy Papiez and his team did a wonderful job of selling me new tires for my Lincoln and Putting on new tires for my BMW. They were reasonable and very efficient!! My overall experience was outstanding! Would recommend Tirebarn in Highland Indiana to everyone!!

FIND ANOTHER TIRE PLACE! Bought a new set of tires from them and had the tires installed along with brand new rims. They damaged 3 of my sensors and the manager is refusing to accept responsibility for the guys who worked on my car. I am waiting for their corporate office to respond before I proceed with small claims court. It’s really sad that they take advantage of females like myself who don’t know much about cars. A customer asked a question about the manufacturer date about the tire, and the sales person who was waiting on us got all offended about the question. A customer has the right to know the manufacturer date of the tires purchased. Because of his attitude, this business lost a $900.00 sale.
terrible customer service
Everything Bad today - been here 2.5 hours to get a tire replaced. The desk person left at 5 pm and a new customer has been standing there 10 minutes waiting for nothing- no one home.
