Car was not started on until 2.5 hours after my appointment time. To finish their job, I was told to go across the street. Competitor across the street recommended that I come straight to them for better deals since they usually finish the jobs anyway (alignment). Bugs were crawling across the floor. Other customers even joked about how it takes 2 hours past the appointment time for their car to get started on. Once they started on my car, it only took 15 minutes for all 4 new tires to be put on. I drive approximately 25k miles a year, and this is the 2nd time this year already I’ve had to get one of my tires patched - the crew always does a great job! Go in and see Steve Young! He’s the best!
