Car was not started on until 2.5 hours after my appointment time. To finish their job, I was told to go across the street. Competitor across the street recommended that I come straight to them for better deals since they usually finish the jobs anyway (alignment). Bugs were crawling across the floor. Other customers even joked about how it takes 2 hours past the appointment time for their car to get started on. Once they started on my car, it only took 15 minutes for all 4 new tires to be put on. I was 2 hours from home and stranded with a flat tire I called tire barn 5 minutes before their closing time. Bryan Butler answered the phone I explained my situation and he and Ron Wesley were kind enough to stay open just to help me. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated their help. It was easily the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Thank you both so much!
I have only ever taken my car here for tire replacement and repairs the last few years. They are always efficient and quick, HOWEVER, this last time...they absolutely when above and beyond what they ever needed to do. Specifically Andy! I came in for a tire replacement of a flat I got. Andy did an inspection of the all the tires before we were to discuss what tire I should get and prices etc. Upon his review he noticed I had 2 different size rims on my car, which is potentially very dangerous and could lead to costly repairs... read more

bought a tire here and 3 days later it blew they also made us pay for the replacement 0/10 dont go here
