Super rude staff. The guy I dealt with was named Chris. He tried to say my apt was not made when I clearly saw my name in their book right next to him. Over the phone my husband had been told $160 for the tires he had chosen. Well since they pretended I wasn’t in the system I assumed I’d get to choose tires. Well no he gets me in the system and just asks for my keys. I said “ no, i would like to know a price for the two tires first” he tells me $250!!!
Chris really needs to learn some good customer service skills. You dont roll your eyes at customers and huff and puff. You also dont try to over charge them in store, after you've told them a price over the phone. Learn some manors before you get a customer service job.

Spent good money on 4 new tires and payed extra for roadside hazard.less than 2000 miles on the new tires and their cracking between the treads.!!! So we visited the store again to be told NOTHING they could do except charge me 398.00 for prorated tires! CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The tires were junk and they don't even sell them anymore, huh wonder why? I will find a different place to buy my tires.
Yesterday on our way home from Indy, we had a mishap that left us in the median with two flat tires. The tow truck delivered us to this Tire Barn as they were locking the door at 7. The crew opened back up for us getting us repaired and on the road in less than 20 minutes! Thank you for your wonderful service! You guys are great!
