The manager is very unprofessional and rude. While waiting for my car, I witnessed him nearly get into a physical altercation with another customer. It was hard to understand the situation due to the manager using profanity nearly every word. Needless to say, I won't be bringing my vehicles here any longer and neither will anyone that I know. Poor taste Tire Barn. I only hope other locations are more professional. 9/19/2015 4pm
This is a horrible store and Tim the Manager is a piece of crap!!!! Really bad customer service, bought 4 new tires 1 had a flaw on the inside that they should have seen when putting them on. Less than 4000 miles tire split they would not replace or call tire company. NO HELP !! Someone could have been hurt. Discount Tire got me a new tire from the tire company at NO cost to me!! Thanks Discount Tire go 2 blocks down the road and buy from them. TIRE BARN SUCKS!!!!
