It was great in and out everyone was nice and helpful.
If I could give a zero I would a 1,000 over, we bought tires there and had a front end alignment scheduled for Saturday the 30th we get there for the new tires got them on they started the alignment but needed to order the part, no big deal we rescheduled for this last Saturday when we got there they didn’t have an alignment tech they told us to come back Sunday. We came to your location on Saturday, Dec. 9th when we had our first snow. We were looking for some tires for a Jeep Wrangler. We had stopped 3 other places and no one had the size we needed in stock. Not only did your location have them, but they were mounted and balanced in 1 hour and 40 minutes on a snowy Saturday!!! And shout out to Rodney Jacobs for helping us and being a great representative for your company!!

Bought tires for my escalade a few months ago but for some reason I was losing air in a couple of them I didn't have an appointment just stopped in they fixed the problem plus rotated them in and out in 45 minutes........
I had new tires put on just to have a flat 2 days later!?!?! When i took my car back i had to wait 45 minutes for the techs to take care of the situation that was their fault! While i got to waste another hour of my time that is evidently not very valuable! Wrong! It is to me and your business should stand better behind their brands and your work! Take a little pride people! We have 6 vehicles and i we Will not have them back! Customer service needs a little work and the professionalism of your staff really needs improved!! ... read more

made an appointment online on a Sunday. I called to verify the appointment for Monday on Sunday afternoon and spoke to Caleb. The website added some tires which it showed in stock at the Greenwood location. I adjusted my schedule accordingly. I showed up to my confirmed appointment and Dustin was very rude when I walked in and gave me instant attitude.
