Nothing like waking up to a flat tire hours before you head out for the holiday. Thankfully Tire Barn was open! AAA came quickly, aired up my tire and followed me there. Had to have air valve replaced. Left went to Kroger’s and tire was flat again � headed right back to tire barn. They took the van right away, put my bags of ice in their freezer and replaced my tire- found sneaky hole in sidewall. Thank you to all those that helped today!

I'm so disappointed with Tire Barn. My family has used the company for years but with my most recent experience I will go elsewhere and encourage others to do the same. I took my vehicle in for a routine rotate and balance shortly after taking my car in one of the associates came to tell me I had a buldge and it would need to be replaced first but good news it was under warranty and would be $16. I have always brought my vehicles to the store for years. I have had good service every since then but today I had horrible service. When you’re trying to explain what’s wrong with your vehicle in as you’re in the middle of explaining it they pick up the phone and start talking someone else that’s very rude and then you try to re-explain what’s going on and they cut you off in the middle and tell you what they can only do instead of listening to my whole story that’s rude also. I have nothing but positive feedback. The manager and staff were courteous, professional, and FAST. I had a blow-out on I-465 and the wrecker driver who came to change my tire recommended Tire Barn. I’m so glad he did. I now have four brand new tires at a great price and the work was done right.

I'll never go back here. Took my car in as I had a couple small nails in my tire. They told me it wasn't repairable and tried to sell me a new tire for $150-180. I took my car to Leonard's Tire Shop and they told me whoever took my tire off last (which would have been Tire Barn) misthreaded one of my lugnuts so my stud would have to be broken in order for it to be taken off again. The staff is rude. The quotes are inaccurate. The wait times are ridiculous, even with an appointment. Don't believe a word they say. The only thing I can say is that the tires made their way onto my car. Other than that, complete disappointment.

Blew a tire on my way to Bowling Green. Tire barn was able to beat the other quotes I got by $100. Thank you fellas. Two new tires and now I’m back on the road.

Tire Barn serves as a shining example of what NOT to do in the customer service department. Bad communication, dishonest business practices, fumbled logistics, and a lack of respect for the customer. My daughter (a college student) is local to the Indianapolis area and she hit one of Indy's notorious potholes and blew a tire.
