Very upset with my service yesterday. I called and made an appointment to get a new wheel, and TWO new tires. We went in and they didn't have all my information saved... They didn't order the wheel and tried to tell me there wasn't a crack in my wheel.... then after over an hour they pull my car out and say my total was $550.... wrong they out 4 tires on my car instead of 2. So I had to wait longer to have them take off the other 2 tires and put my old ones back on... then they finally say "you do have a crack in the wheel."... read more

Just left tire barn in greenwood and thought I was gonna have to buy a new tires based on what I was told by Walmart when I got my oil changed but they have some honest mechanics there it had a nail and just needed balanced. Big props to Tire barn for honesty and great customer service!!!!

Had to have one tire replaced Trevor was on duty and was very nice and polite they also had to align it drives better now than when I drove it in thank you guys

Really bad experience. They broke the side view mirror on my car. This was found after the tech lied 3x about returning my 1 good tire to the trunk. I hope the manager fixes my mirror...I believe they just have a bad tech as the manager has been very kind and reasonable.
