Absolutely awful company genuinely the worse people I’ve come across I’ve been left with no heating No hot water and electricity for days I’ve missed days work because of their incompetence please avoid all they care about is money
AVOID ! AVOID ! AVOID ! Awful company all they do is come up with excuses for their incompetence takes weeks to even speak to somebody and they quite clearly don’t care about there tenants left me in a cold , mouldy flat despite being aware I have disability’s and my health was getting effected reported them to everybody I can
Absolute joke of a company , its like someone tried to find the most incompetent people in the UK and put them together here. Takes a minimum of 20 attempts to report any issues over the phone , emails they don't reply to. Currently in a legal battle and will be filing a lawsuit . Just read all the negative comments on here all are true !
