Took my daughter for her first mani/pedi. When we got there was told kid price was $12 more than website. Fine, still competitive pricing and she would get 4 designs. Ended up she didn’t even get to choose the design or where to place them. My mani/pedi ended with bleeding on each foot and hand. One finger is still so sore it hurts to wash my hair. Two nails chipped within 24 hrs. Will not be going back and would not recommend.

I have gone here many times and would have recommended until recently. I booked appointments for myself and my two daughters two weeks ago today for this day as a special treat. We were all getting dips and I wanted a specific technician whom I had gone to previously. My daughters and I arrived at our appointment time to find them completely full, our technician had called that she was not coming in and we were out of luck to get our nails done. 💕Nails (new set/or Fill) & pedicure; both GEL: Lasts 3 weeks Nails & 4 weeks pedicure) NEVER chipped polish or broken or lifted nails!!! Excellent products & Free wax dip for each hands & feet with GEL polish!!! Horrible!!! I had a basic manicure and my nail polish started to peel not even a full 24 hours later. I also got a pedicure and a day in half later the bottom & side of my feet started to peel - I have never ever had this happen before to my feet when I have had a pedicure, 2 weeks later and they are still peeling. I did send a message to them when my nails started to peel and she told me to come back in - I told her no that I wanted a full refund but she refused.
