Tinklin Springhall Solicitors represented my interests recently when I sold a flat in London. Maria Weston was extremely responsive, professional and knowledgeable. She dealt with a complex selling/purchasing situation (I do not live in the UK) with great competence and thoroughness. I would highly recommend her and I had a very positive experience with Tinklin Springhall.
I recently instructed Holly Younger to guide the process of my equity buy out from my ex-husband on the family home. The whole process was quick, seemless and an excellent all round service. I was quoted an initial costing which stayed the same, dispite me needing to make several points of contact if I needed extra guidance or explanations. I can thoroughly recommend Holly's expertise, friendliness and her very smooth service.
TL;dr - Tinklin Springall's conveyancing services would probably be okay for someone experienced in property purchases, but I wouldn't recommend them to a first time buyer. Full review: I didn't really want to leave this review because I'm not keen on public criticism. But when people are dropping several hundreds of thousands of pounds on property and trying to instruct a conveyancer, I do feel a sense of responsibility to let them know what their experience might be like. We used the conveyancing services of Tinklin Springall earlier this year. We had been massively let down by a competitor. With a deadline to meet Andrew took on our case. Opening a new file we met the deadline and even acted for us in some additional matters. Andrew was always clear, great communication and transparent with good duty of care always being the priority. I will most certainly be using Tinklin Springall for any legal matters going forward.
