Great work by Sophie again, we purchased a house and Sophie is extremely professional but helpful and approachable at the same time. Our purchase was smooth and well explained throughout making the process very easy. We would heartily recommend Sophie who helped shepherd us as unexperienced first time buyers through the conveyancing process. Regular communications throughout the purchasing process were always detailed and reassuring, similarly for her final report which helped give us the confidence to proceed with the purchase. Disappointed with ongoing conveyancing. Very poor communication, not once have I been able to speak to my solicitor, chased many times for reassurance as both myself and agent have not heard anything in regards to the progress, each time I call I am informed I will receive a callback which never materialises. At the start of the process when I had instructed them they had forgotten about my file and had to chase that up as well.
