Tindall are a company to avoid. The stories about poor aftercare, extortionate maintenance fees and withholding information are true. I don’t enjoy giving 1 star reviews - but in this case, it’s important to let others know.
Worst service. If you phone them for information they will come to visit you and charge you £150+vat. Big scam guys be aware of that.
Just spoke to them for a quote, very unhelpful. Person kept having to go to her manager, not her fault as new, but would have thought manager woudl have jumped on the phone to speak to a potential client. Did not monitor my cameras which I have been told by numerous people are a main stream brand, they only use Hik Vision. Wanted to come for a visit. Reckon they wanted to sell me more cameras.
I sent an online enquiry about 3 weeks ago, never heard back. Clearly are not bothered about new or existing clients. You have been warned.
Great company with very informative information and understanding of products and services. Transparency was also great throughout the process of works. Professional Installers made my decision well worth using Tindall. Would highly recommend !
