I recently bought a bramblecrest outdoor sofa from them - really good customer service and fantastic knowledge about the range. Very useful to physically see it in their large showroom - cannot recommend enough.
Ordered a coffee table at the weekend to go with my Bramblecrest furniture - excellent service, delivered today (Tuesday).....have spoken with Tom a couple of times re order and could not be more helpful. Would definitely buy from again.
Bought a Bramblecrest 6 Seat Dining set from Tincleton Lifestyle from the very first email to the last they have been very patient answering all my annoying questions and were also very flexible with how we wanted it delivered. Once we recieved the table it was perfect wrapped and delivery driver was helpful and helped unload. Unfortunately no fault of Tincleton one of the threads seem to not hold the screw and we had a issue with building the table.
