I am filing this complaint regarding a service I received from this Full Specialist located at ***************** Salon. The unsatisfactory behavior has prompted me to write directly to you. This nail technician was immensely unprofessional and unforbearingly unpleasant in attitude. When asked if I could remove a 2nd layer of gel polish she stated " I hate when you come wait until the last minute to change your color" the polish had not yet been cured under the light so it was an easy removal with just the wipe of acetone. I believe this is one of the best nails shop now, very organized, friendly and professional, they have more than 20 specialists working on customers demands, not long waiting time. But because shop is too busy, if you forgot to take the number at check in counter, you may be waiting longer than expected.
