Less than straightforward regarding an expensive tile with a production fault .Advised me me not to worry just tile with it and marks will rub off . Fortunately I held firm and rejected the tiles .A new box was opened a few days later and again Tim's tiles did not say ,its a mark that will not come off don't accept them ,they asked me again if I thought this box was damaged .It was plain to see that the marks could not be removed again .They then agreed that the marks could not be removed . The staff at Tim’s tiles were extremely helpful in choosing flooring and wall tiles for a new bathroom. The choice is quite bewildering but they guided me through the process and made it really easy with their extensive knowledge. Communication was excellent via emails and WhatsApps. Tiles were also reasonably priced. Overall highly recommended.

Used Tim’s Tiles to cut some ceramic floor tiles that I was struggling with. Absolutely first class service, prompt and efficient. The workmanship exquisite and very reasonable price. Would recommend without hesitation.

Tim’s Tiles has a really comprehensive range on offer and there are many examples to see at their showroom. They supplied all of our tiles for our recent renovation project. The team are very knowledgable and readily available to advise on product and application. A big thank you to Sarah, Liane, Tim and Martin for their guidance and willingly giving their time to help with our choices.
