Surgery went exactly as told in pre surgery appointment. Very professional, caring, and attentive team! Very pleased with entire experience.
I have arthritis in my right shoulder and made an appointment to get a shot in my shoulder for the pain. I was assigned to Dr. Ackerman. My first visit was satisfactory. My next two visits (for shots) I felt like I was wasting his time. My next two visits I was assigned to Brittany. First visit I had another shot. Next visit I was told I had frozen shoulder and sent me to Hershey. I need a shoulder replacement. Something Dr. Ackerman can do. Why did he pass me off to Hershey?
