Had Jalahn as our party host for 10 children - he was great. Kids had an absolute blast. Thank you Jalahn for making it such a breeze!
So this review is at least 3 years late... Hopefully, it is worth the wait! We have been going to TimeZone Whangārei since it's inception. It is a staple for every birthday or reward treat in our Whānau. Through the years, we have consistently received exceptional customer service from all staff, but in particular, Dylan, the Manager. I am sure he sees THOUSANDS of families monthly, but every time we come in, he manages to make us feel remembered and part of the Time Zone Family. Kids all had a great time Our host Sophie was so lovely and great with the kids a real bubbly happy young lady and a credit to your company she was very attentive with both the kids and ourselves done a great job
This is the 2nd party we have had for our son at Timezone Whangarei. These guys are awesome and make it real special. It’s awesome how they make all the kids feel welcome and get in there to play the games with them - especially those kids who don’t quite know what to do. Special thanks to Jalahn and Sophie
