23/6/26 disregard my comment about upstairs. Was back for child's birthday party this weekend and upstairs has been improved from initial post. Upgraded review to 5. ‐----‐------------------------------------------------------ Revamp is great. More games, but upstairs could do with more games. Attentive and positive teenager staff.

Forgot to make this review, but went here for my sister’s 9th birthday in March and the customer service was unbelievable. All the games were working and fun, the staff and host were nice and friendly, looked after/ watched the kids carefully playing the laser tag game for safety and the vibe was enjoyable. The party room also came with balloons so we didn’t even need to buy any! Had a great time at Timezone Newmarket! The arcade has a fantastic selection of games, ranging from classic favorites to the latest interactive attractions. The venue is clean, bright, and well-organized, making it a fun place for both kids and adults. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our visit, and the machines were well-maintained with very few issues.
