Grass is still flat and looks nothing like the samples shown. Bamboo was not sealed in property and started growing out after a few months. The fence is bending due to sun exposure and not being attached closed enough to each other. Nails on the fence were eye balled and not aligned straight, giving it a dyier look, the bamboo box was raw cut, screw holes not countersunk, in short not a professional finish. Julian showed poor communication as he was slow to respond and then plan agreed work. He then had to postpone twice, followed by arriving on site and saying he had significantly misquoted and would need a further £2000-£2500 to complete the work. We were given no time to consider this and missed the ‘work slot’ as a result. Overall very disappointing, I am sure he is capable but requires a lot of managing as he won’t take the lead and may require a lot freedom on the budget otherwise.
