Julian showed poor communication as he was slow to respond and then plan agreed work. He then had to postpone twice, followed by arriving on site and saying he had significantly misquoted and would need a further £2000-£2500 to complete the work. We were given no time to consider this and missed the ‘work slot’ as a result. Overall very disappointing, I am sure he is capable but requires a lot of managing as he won’t take the lead and may require a lot freedom on the budget otherwise.
Julian, Ash and Brad have just finished work on my garden, really excellent job and are a fab team to have around. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
