A massive thank you to Angela and Nigel. When it was time to put our gentle kitty, Whiskey, to rest, they were there for us. Nigel was professional, compassionate, considerate and patient. He carefully explained the procedure so as to put our minds at ease. A caring, dignified goodbye to our darling Whiskey.
I would like to say a huge thank you to Angela and Nigel. Angela was very patient and caring over the phone and, when the time came, Nigel was very comforting to us and gentle with our beautiful girl. She was able to gently and peacefully pass at home with no stress and no agitation. He made such a sad day for us just that bit easier to bare. Thank you very much for taking care of us all!

We were recommended Nigel's services by Cherry Tree Crematorium. I will be forever grateful for this as Nigel was beyond professional in our opinion. Nigel managed all of our expectations and emotions taking time to be considerate and respectful throughout. He made our dog Toffee comfortable and helped reassure us that it was time, explaining the processes and the way forward. At such a difficult time Nigel put all of us, humans and dog, at ease. He was patient, compassionate and professional ensuring that all of us were comfortable and informed. The dignity he allowed Lucy before, during and after was phenomenal and something we are so grateful for, she was treated so very kindly for the entire time that Nigel was with us, begining to end and beyond.
