Started well with di then gradually went downhill as irregular times of appointment changed to finally no contact to explain why she didn’t keep the appointment. After apologies given by Jane and a new cleaning lady called Jodie was agreed only for the same situation to happen again and never arrived at time agreed and no contact to explain why or what the reason it happened

I arrive into an amazing clean and lovely smelling house after a long day day at work… a professional company thats willing to please.
Jayne has been amazing from the start. During the phone consultation she was friendly, professional and assessed my needs to ensure that she would provide me with a suitable cleaner. My cleaner is amazing and takes such care of my home. She has taken such a weight off of my shoulders, it's such a relief to come back to a sparkling clean house!
We were very happy with the clean and thought Annemarie was great. Annemarie covered a lot in the 2hrs and as some areas will not need a regular clean we discussed some occasional jobs. A great relief to us to get this sorted and have no concerns about having Annemarie in the house. Even our dog likes her! Looking forward to next weeks clean!
